About this website

This website introduces RentFlex, a product of Vimba Cover (Pty) Ltd. RentFlex is preparing for an initial pilot. Website content describes a proposed product and does not constitute a credit offer or a promise of approval.

No RentFlex fees

Tenants and agencies pay no application or service fee to RentFlex. An approved tenant remains responsible for repaying the financed amount and any lender interest or fees agreed in their separate credit agreement.

Credit and eligibility

RentFlex is a product of Vimba Cover (Pty) Ltd. RentFlex is not currently a credit provider. Credit products displayed or offered through RentFlex will be provided by appropriately authorised lending partners and will be subject to affordability assessments, underwriting, approval and the terms and conditions of the relevant credit provider.

Interest rates, fees, repayment periods, eligibility criteria and available products will be determined with lending partners. Any binding credit agreement will be separate from these website terms. Agency rental approval does not guarantee credit approval.

Payments and leases

Payment of an approved financed cost is subject to all transaction and credit requirements being met. RentFlex does not guarantee ongoing rent payments. The normal lease stays the same, deposits follow normal trust arrangements, and the tenant’s lease obligations continue to apply.

Enquiries

Joining a waitlist or expressing pilot interest does not create a loan agreement, agency partnership or obligation to launch. Form submission availability is displayed on the website.

Responsible use

Provide accurate information and do not upload sensitive documents through public enquiry forms. Do not misuse the website or interfere with its security.

Content and updates

We aim to keep this information accurate and may update the proposed product and these terms as partnerships are finalised. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under applicable law. These initial terms will be reviewed before the live product launches.
